Free Therapy Program for Ontarian Residents from AbilitiCBT

Updated: Apr 7, 2022

"Help when you need it. Where you need it." - AbilitiCBT

I think you'll agree with me when I say:

That the pandemic has not helped many individuals' mental health and has left many feeling anxious, isolated, uncertain, stressed, and overloaded with information.

If you are experiencing any of these and want certified therapists to assist you in dealing with these pandemic anxieties. AbilitiCBT might be for you as they have developed a special program to help you address these symptoms.

How can CBT help?

Cognitive-behavioral therapy can help you understand but also change the thoughts, behaviors, and feelings that might be causing you problems. AbilitiCBT has developed a program that works in the same framework, but virtually. Allowing you to connect and receive help where you need it.

Certified Therapists?

All of Abiliti's Therapists are regulated health professionals, or members of a professional college/association in the province they practice.

These therapists:

  • Have a masters level of education

  • 2,500 hours of counselling experience

  • Are registered social workers or psychologist

  • Are experienced CBT practitioners

  • Completed an in depth screening process with reference checks
