This service with ConnexOntario is free for all residents of Ontario as they are covered by the government of Ontario.
The texting service is 24/7 and can:
Provide those who contact them to information about counselling, and support services near you
Offer an ear to listen, and provide steps to move forward and meet your goals
Give basic education regarding mental health, drug and alcohol abuse, and gambling treatment
